Vadim has been in IT for 12 years. The last seven years have been connected with managing teams and processes as a team leader, technical leader or process manager. 

During this time, he has managed to manage teams of more than 10 people inside projects with billion-dollar turnovers. Started development at startups where nothing is yet clear. Loves Kanban, communications, and Kafka. In his spare time, he organizes meetups and conferences for the Rostov IT community RndTech and fosters the culture of knowledge-sharing in the city.
