The downside of GraphQL. (Non-)standard implementation of data flows

Nothing is more complex than building architecture in a bank, especially on microservices. Dozens of commands, tons of products, omnichannel logic. From the talk you will learn how to solve all these problems using GraphQL, starting with .NET on Linux, building all the client services from scratch, ensuring security and achieving multilingual development in practice. But the bulk of the talk will be about what comes after - collecting data in DWH at the scale of a large enterprise.

You will hear about designing data models for events, the implementation of GraphQL subscriptions in enterprise environments, the problem of supporting stateful services in containerized environments, and how to make it all work. There will be practical insights on how to compromise between perfect code and performance, but still maintain a properly designed system.
