Service Plug-ins: Safe Extension of Functionality

We will consider extending the functionality of services using AssemblyLoadContext. Our plugin extension model will be able to perform hot swapping of implementation at runtime, separation of DI containers between plug-ins and host, debugging, take into account peculiarities of Dockerfile development for them and many other nuances.
